Over the past 18 months I have been reading and researching more into the effects of the menstrual cycle on female performance and in this podcast I am excited to share with you some nuggets and take home :)

Some corrections. Day 1-14 is the Follicular phase once referenced as the luteal phase and in the luteal phase we are more catabolic not anabolic...... humans error :)
